  • DESCRIPTION: Crocus chrysanthus 'Ard Schenk' is a small yet remarkably elegant crocus variety, belonging to the species Crocus chrysanthus, often referred to as the "snow crocus" or "golden crocus" because of the warm, golden hues typical of many of its cultivars. In this case, however, we’re looking at a refined exception: 'Ard Schenk' stands out with its pure white flowers, graceful and luminous in form, that emerge delicately in the earliest days of spring—often between late February and March.
  • PACKAGE: The package contains 15 bulbs of Crocus chrysanthus ‘Ard Schenk’. The bulbs have a circumference of 5/+ cm (about 2 cm in diameter). The packaging features a beautiful illustrative photo and includes planting and flowering information, making it an excellent gift idea.
  • HOW TO GROW: Plant the bulbs about 6 cm deep in full sun or partial shade, either in pots or directly in the ground. Space the bulbs approximately 3 cm apart. Use rich, well-drained soil and water moderately. Plant the bulbs between September and December. Flowering will occur between February and April.
